We want you to be happy with your purchase from El Matador. If you’re not satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Food products that have been opened are not returnable for safety reasons.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose either a refund or a replacement of the same item.

Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not require products to be shipped back. However, in the rare event a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when returns are approved.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sales on discounted or promotional items are final and cannot be refunded.

Refund Processing

Once we review and approve your request, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
