Adobo for Chorizo y Carnes
The chorizo workhorse. Our secret blend of chiles and spices for homemade chorizo, all-purpose marinades, and anything off the grill. Mix 1 lb of ground pork or beef with 2–3 tbsp, marinate a few hours, then cook or stuff into casings.

Red pepper, garlic, corn oil, water, salt, vinegar, and spices mix.

Dried guajillo chiles, salt, vinegar, and less than 1% of potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness).
